How it works;

Once your purchase has been completed, I will contact you via email you to agree a date, time and location.
We will discuss your 3 favourite dishes, possible variations for availability, cost and seasonality.
Create a shopping list for you to purchase the required ingredients.
On the day; this is an interactive day, be prepared to get involved!
We will make enough of each of the 3 courses to feed max 4 people, so invite some friends for dinner to show off your new skills.
This is a 5 hour lesson, at your home, so I may ask questions about your kitchen set up and equipment.

We will agree on a suitable date and time, once payment is made.

This is a private lesson, solely for the person booked plus members of their household.

We will create as close to restaurant quality dishes as your home equipment allows.

We will discuss and agree on your selected dishes and create a shopping list that you can purchase before my arrival;

I am happy to accommodate all allergies, but do not cover vegan diets.

I will bring my own knives and a small selection of equipment.

The cost includes travel within 25 miles of Nottingham, beyond that there is a standard charge of 45p per mile.

This is for a 5 hour cooking experience.
