How it works;
Once your purchase has been completed, I will contact you via email you to agree a date, time and location.
We will discuss your 3 favourite dishes, possible variations for availability, cost and seasonality.
Create a shopping list for you to purchase the required ingredients.
On the day; this is an interactive day, be prepared to get involved!
We will make enough of each of the 3 courses to feed max 4 people, so invite some friends for dinner to show off your new skills.
This is a 5 hour lesson, at your home, so I may ask questions about your kitchen set up and equipment.
