Championing our Incredible British produce

For one night only, I’m taking 8 Plates to Wing in Rutland, for a special collaboration with The King’s Arms, home to some of the best local produce in the country. On Wednesday 25th November, I’ll be serving an eight-course British menu built around exceptional British seasonal produce, alongside game, fire, fermentation and a few very 8 Plates twists. The menu is designed around the produce, the producers stories and the locals that make this country so special. It’s one evening only, with limited places available. Come hungry — I’m a feeder!!
